Refund Policy

  • The applicant shall be entitled to a 100% refund of the application money in case of Non-Allotment of unit in the draw.
  • The unsuccessful applicants can apply for a refund after the draw has been conducted i.e. after 25th October 2019.
  • The applicant will have to log in to the respective applicant panel on www.lokawas.com and navigate to successful applications tab
  • The status of the applications will be visible on the panel and the applicant shall click on the Refund button displayed in front of the applicant’s unallotted applications.
  • The applicant shall then fill in the correct details of refund on the displayed form.
  • The refund application shall be processed within 90 days from the date of receiving the refund application.
  • On the initiation of the refund proceedings by the Applicant from the Company, the applicant simultaneously surrenders his rights to initiate any judicial, quasi- judicial proceedings against the Company in any manner whatsoever.
  • In case of a Successful Allotment in draw of lots, the applicant shall make the future payments in accordance with the payment plans adopted by the applicant.
  • In case of non payment of first Instalment of 25% within 15 days of draw, the application money shall stand forfeited.
  • The company shall hold no liability for any loss incurred by the applicant in case of forfeiture of Application Money without the default of the Company.
